Selections from Thanks for the View, Mr. Mies are on view as part of the exhibition "Inside Lafayette Park" at the Lafayette Park shopping plaza. On display are photos by Corine Vermeulen and Vasco Roma and selections from Betty Brown's archive of newsletters and event invitations. The exhibition also includes models, drawings, and research by faculty at the Milan Politecnico Institute as well as an installation by RogueHAA on the chronology of Black Bottom, the neighborhood that existed on the same site as Lafayette Park and was demolished by the government in the late 1940s. Danielle was part of a panel discussion entitled "The Ecology of Lafayette Park" that took place at the opening event.

Living with Mies: The Towers at Lafayette Park was published online at Places/Design Observer. This piece features a slide show of residents from the three high-rise buildings in Lafayette Park — the Pavilion building and the twin Lafayette Towers.
Images from our series "Living with Mies— The Towers" by Corine Vermeulen appeared on the cover and a feature story called "Rethinking Mies" in Bauwelt 44. Simultaneously an online feature at bauwelt.de showcased our series "Living with Mies—The Townhouses".

A preview copy of our book Thanks for the View, Mr Mies was on display at Rethinking Mies— an international symposium in Aachen, Germany, celebrating the 125th anniversary of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's birthday. An excerpt from the book, "Living with Mies", with photos by Corine Vermeulen, was part of a complementary exhibit that took place at the same time.
